Two-Factor Authentication

This system holds your budget, your gold purchases and the phone numbers of roughly 1,200 guests. With two-factor authentication on, a stolen password alone is not enough to get in — a code from your phone is needed as well.

Works with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or any standard TOTP app. You will be given recovery codes in case you lose the phone.

Backup & Recovery

A full backup is a single JSON file holding every record and setting. It takes a few seconds, and it is the only copy that you control.

  • Settings → Backup & restore — export a full backup
  • Do it weekly. The app warns you when the last one is over a week old
  • Hostinger keeps daily database backups as a second line of defence
  • Restoring always saves a snapshot first, so a mistake can be undone

You can enable 2FA at any time from Settings → Account & security.

Two-factor authentication is optional, but strongly recommended.
